These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nova Homes website and the chat widget inquiry form we operate (the "Service"). Nova Homes is a DBA of Organic Growth Investment LLC (referred to in these Terms as "Organic Growth Investment LLC DBA Nova Homes"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This Service is provided for the sole purpose of submitting property management service inquiries to Nova Homes through our chat widget. The Service does not facilitate booking or reserving any property, and no rental, reservation, or booking functionality is offered through this website. Any inquiry submitted is a request for information about our property management services only.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, any third party.

2. About Our Messaging Program

Organic Growth Investment LLC DBA Nova Homes may send text (SMS) messages to the mobile number you provide when you opt in through our chat widget. By opting in to our messaging program, you can expect to receive text messages related to your property management service inquiry, which may include appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service updates, and support responses. Where you have separately provided your optional marketing consent, you may also receive promotional messages and updates about our property management services, offers, and availability.

Our chat widget offers separate, optional consent options — one for marketing messages and one for non-marketing (transactional) messages. Neither consent is required to submit a service inquiry, and your inquiry will be accepted whether or not you provide either consent. The chat widget is the only consent-collecting form on this page.

3. SMS Service Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 949-649-1166. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
